We have been so lucky to be able to team up with Averil. She visits us regularly to help us to maintain our garden. The best about this is that we always get to help out. We love to see her buggy coming to the school because we know that there is a good chance that we'll get outside and get to help in the garden.
We have learned lots about how plants grow and about how wildlife and indeed insects respond to plants. Some are very helpful (bees) and some are not (slugs!).
